As for customers, the group sets up and perfects “Customer Credibility Management Regulations” to strengthen inspection and supervision of enterprise credit. Especially in the period of financial depression, on the one hand, the group stands at the position of supporting stable development of the industry to enlarge credit amount, then to help small-scale customers overcome hardship; on the other hand, the group strengthens the management of account payable and shortens the payment cycle to set up a better enterprise image.
When it comes to suppliers, the group has worked up relative regulations to ensure timely payment of account payable and sets up supervision department for checking different account periodically.
For the employees, the group insists in democratic management, formulating democratic Party hearing system, staff’s rewards and punishment hearing system and employee representatives meeting. For the past a few years, the credit system construction of the group has been high valued by different departments, also attracts great attention from relative government offices and research intuitions. In 2007, the group won the award of Demonstration Enterprise for Enterprise Credit Management in Zhejiang, and in 2008, it was honored as the first Enterprise of Credit Research Base in Zhejiang.
